Cellar

The wine harvest in Kremstal and Neusiedlersee is done exclusively manually, often in two to three selections per vineyard. The processing takes place in the basement of the Rohrendorfer Atrium House. Here the grapes go through a very classic processing. Our philosophy is the least possible intervention. In accordance with the restrictive Demeter cellar guidelines, all wines ferment spontaneously with natural yeast.

We do not use enzymes, yeast nutrients, must concentration, chemical stabilization of tartar and many other oenological processes and additives. All of our wines are vegan. Sulfur is used in the lowest possible doses, if at all.
