Boss, Nikolaus Moser
Bio-freak and unshaven none-tie-wearer is the informal description. However, he is not only the boss, but also works frantically much. He follows the consequent realisation of bio-dynamic in the vineyards, is the main taster in the cellar, explains the interested journalists, overviews production, and try to deliver his part in sales, … in short: there is a lot to do. But Niki – his nickname – is also a family person and tries to spend as much time as possible with his wife Andrea and his five kids Kathi, Jakob, Mariana, Markus und Alessandro.

Senior Boss, Sepp Moser
Founded in 1987 the wine-growing estate at the advanced age of 56. In that relatively short period he brought Sepp Moser to where it is now, with a lot of energy and ambition. Sepp Moser awarded as “Winemaker of the Year 1994”. And he still takes care of “his“ clients, which really have become his friends. He sells wine, mostly on the phone, with persistency and incredible sales skills. And is always there to help with words and deeds.

Sales Manager, Margot Brunner
... the good soul. Actually responsible for bookkeeping and payroll services in operation, is the mom of two grown sons is the guardian of order, and point of contact for everything and many things. There is hardly anything in the organization of the estate, what she would not know. Moreover it is always in a good mood.

Matthias Mascherbauer, the Cosmopolitan
The main task of Matthias is in the care of the global export business in which his experiences in the Austrian Wine Marketing Board are quite helpful. In addition, his know-how in marketing and PR expertise is a welcome extension for our team. When he's not traveling anywhere in the world, he is most likely to be found in Upper Austria whilst fly fishing or rock climbing.

The joung jack-of-all-trades, Edwin Schreibeis
When he joined our team in September 2008 he was still quite wet behind his ears. In no time he blossomed into a circumspect and highly professional cellar master, moreover responsible for the "cellar-book" and the purchase of bottles, closures and cartons under his wing. Due to his stoic nature and his all-time humour everybody likes him. Meanwhile, he has become indispensible for us.
